My daughter has been coming her for a couple years for braces and retainers. Her teeth are now perfect. She has her braces off today 2/2/24 and her teeth are lovely. Staff are really nice and friendly always on time. 10/10 rating.

some staff are sweet but others can be quite harsh on my teeth and very mean but overall i think some times the staff are just having a bad day i would recommend going there if you want braces and i’m sure it won’t be that bad!

My Daughter has been under this Orthodontist team for Fifteen months. The care and service has been fantastic. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. They have always been able to offer an appointment to suit our timetable or to fit us in for an emergency. We are so pleased with the results of her treatment and her teeth have been transformed. The team are currently in the process of moving premises. This is a relief, as would be the only negative point I could have made, since the surgery is in a rundown area of Stevenage. Many thanks.
