I went to Harpenden Smiles recently for the first time, having switched dentists due to my work situation. I had a check up and then a crown treatment from Dr Hazelton. The whole set up is excellent. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Dr Hazelton was also friendly and welcoming, enquiring about my previous experience and general health. The nature of the treatments was clearly explained, both at the start and throughout the process, so I was very clear about what was happening at every stage. I recently had a root canal done and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming, reassuring, and incredibly professional. My dentist explained every step clearly, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and carried out the procedure with real skill and precision. I have spent decades afraid and anxious about any dental appointment, let alone treatment. Sachin has changed all that, calmed me and given me peace. I can’t explain why but along with all the staff my experiences have been positive and exceptional. Highly recommend the Hertfordshire Centre for Dentistry. I’ve had an implant done and can not commend this practice enough. Tarryn, the coordinator, is great and she talked me throttle whole process. Overall, each stage of the implant was smooth and efficient. Dr Murphy was an excellent implant dentist and made a potentially tough experience easy. I highly recommend!!
