Tryst Dental Practice

Lovely and warm in waiting room and surgery. Everybody friendly and found the dentist really charming and interested in my well being. Only complaint but fully understand why is the length of time I have to wait for treatment to be carried out - approximately 19 weeks!

Absolute disgrace of a practice. Over the last few years many patients have been without an allocated dentist meaning these patients including children have gone without any appointments or treatment unless deemed urgent. My young child has been left traumatised by a dentist in the practice threatening him with the “hospital which would be much worse if you don’t cooperate” I raised a complaint over this, was told I’d receive a new appointment, 2 weeks went by with no contact, I called again and had to chase this up. My experience at the dentist was very good. She was very informative and explained everything to me. I liked her bedside manner and will definitely be attending again.

I was surprised I got seen so quickly as the practice was dire for a few years. Staff shortages and a locum that only worked 2 days a week there. About a year ago I called as a deep filler came out of my back top right tooth and they said the would call me back. I ended up buying a kit and filled it myself. A year later and I never got that call back concerning my tooth, so I was very dubious about them failing again.
