Receptionist was extremely rude when I had to move my appointment last minute due to a family emergency. Forth Valley Smile Design need to train their staff in basic customer care. Will not be back!!
Best dentist about. Very thorough on checkup and very good at the work that needed done. I was made to feel very comfortable and all the staff I have met have been very friendly. Would highly recommend this dentist if you are looking for one.
This is without a doubt the best dentist in the central belt! Carla has transformed my teeth and I’ve not had to remortgage my house in the process! A previous dentist quoted me numbers that I couldn’t possibly pay and left my teeth in a bad way. Carla has went above and beyond to fix everything for me. She’s a perfectionist and I trust her completely. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and not terrified of the dentist anymore 😌💕 Also the receptionists are so lovely and helpful. I’d give them 10 stars if I could 💕
i have waited around 3 months for an appointment to get my teeth cleaned as my orthodontist told me to make an appointment with my dentist as my gums have been so sore and bleeding randomly throughout the day, i phone around a week ago to ask when my appointment is as i had been waiting so long for my appointment i wanted to doublecheck the lady on the phone told me that my appointment was at 11.25 on the 23rd and i wrote it down as soon as she said it, i go in today and they tell me my appointment was actually last friday and they my dentist wasn’t even in his work today, she says well we …
