I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice. I was contacted by phone regarding a missed appointment and spoken to in a rude and accusatory manner. During the same call, the practice admitted there had been a system error and that no messages or notifications had been sent to confirm or update the appointment date and time. Despite this, the tone of the call was unprofessional and lacked any acknowledgement of their own error. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. On multiple occasions, both over the phone and in person, I have found staff to be abrupt, unhel…
We attended today for our son’s dental appointment to have two teeth removed. Our appointment time was 10:20 and we arrived at 10:32. We fully accept this was our error and apologised, understanding it may affect treatment. What was disappointing was the dentist’s approach. She focused repeatedly on the fact that we were late rather than on our son, who was visibly nervous. There was no attempt to speak to him, reassure him, or even assess whether the teeth could be looked at. A dentist treating children should help them relax and feel safe. Went to this dentist for 1st time last week. Was not impressed with the male dentist. For 1st appointment, should be checking all teeth, as per appointment. The nurse should be doing it all on computer for record's. I didn't like how the receptionist spoke to the young nurse on 2 occasions, how she spoke to her for us all to hear is classed as bullying. Should have been said behind closed door. Very unprofessional. I have phoned 3 times today, they never answered. All I wanted to say, I won't be coming back . Going back to my original dentist. Only reason I changed it was closer to hom…
I can only but praise the practice, I needed an appointment as soon as possible as a filling has come out and a cancellation had become available. I was seen by my usual dentist who was wonderful as always, he gave me the time needed and refilled the tooth there and then, gave me breaks as needed knowing I am a nervous patient and explained everything clearly to me. I had other questions relating to other treatments for future reference and he answered those. He was very empathetic and understanding and I want to give the credit where it is due. The receptionist was also lovely and friendly…
