Bad experience with the receptionist. I called the surgery early morning at 9 a.m., i asked to book emergency appointment because it hurts and swells, and the answer was we are fully booked today. try 111 or call us again next week.

I have to say what an awful customer service, I called as soon as they opened to get help with a loose filling, was told they can’t help me unless my normal dentist can’t help. I waited 30 minutes to call my normal dentist and they couldn’t fit me in until tomorrow so phoned these back and was told I have to wait 3 days for an emergency appointment. Explained I wasn’t really impressed and surly they have a duty of care, to be hung up on by the receptionist. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!!!

Went to enrol as a new patient and have a checkup. V was absolutely lovely and replaced fillings and cleaned/descaled teeth there and then. So impressed!

Awful dentist never has appointments never has a dentist there receptionists talk over you. No point even opening
