I have been coming to Cromwell Place dentist since 3rd September 2025 after breaking a tooth. I attended my previous dentist for help but was immediately dismissed by saying they would remove the tooth but they did not offer any help with aftercare. I was very disappointed with the attitude of this dentist. I immediately looked for a replacement dentist, and was lucky enough to find Cromwell Place in St Ives. So I made an appointment. I was with my previous dentist for over 25years in ST. Ives; after being majorly let down by them I joined Cromwell Place. The difference in customer service and professionalism is chalk and Cheese! Nik sensed my anxiety regarding a double extraction and was extremely empathetic and compassionate throughout the whole process. He took a lot of time to discuss a way forward regarding future treatment and has really put my mind at ease. This dental practice is the best around, friendly welcoming staff at all times. They always explain in full any treatments and provide all options to suit your needs. In all the time I have been seen here not once have I ever felt rushed out so they can stick to there diary. customers also seem to take priority which is amazing. I previously had a bad experience with the chain My Dentist but Cromwell Dental reassured me on many things and put me back on track. If anyone is looking for a dentist these are highly recommended.
