My experience with this dental practice has been unprofessional from the very beginning. Communication has consistently been poor, appointments have been mishandled, and I’ve never felt genuinely respected as a patient. What has been even more troubling is the way I was made to feel during my visits. The behaviour and attitude from certain staff members , particularly Amanda the receptionist left me feeling unwelcome and singled out. Absolutely useless. Rude as anything over the phone. Cant make heads or tails to make an appointment for a child. Lied to me about the damage to my child teeth and left him like it. Wouldn't recommend for anyone.

Dr Aruna Kumar is always happy to help . She is a very good Doctor. but unfortunately,Receiptionist Amanda is not Professional , not happy at all , as change appointment on the day before appointment which one took a month earlier. So careful about Amanda when you deal with her

Torn with a negative review. Very nice people but terrible dentist. Since pandemic they run poorly, miss issues and concentrate on receiving payment. We had a check up for 5 people, we were not in that dentist 10 minutes . Since joining new dentist we now know we have had incorrect diagnosis and unnecessary treatments. They made dealing with SEN patients difficult and far more complicated than things needed to be. They charge full price for cleans and do NOT have a hygienist, dentist cleans are very different to hygienist and it shows . They need to employ another dentist, removed the pand…
