I can’t thank Jordan and Kat enough for the care I received at Parmar Dental. They managed to fit me in on the same day to fix my broken tooth, which I was so grateful for. I was incredibly stressed and anxious going in, as I’m really not a fan of the dentist, but Jordan was so calm, reassuring, and kind throughout. He kept me at ease the whole time and genuinely made such a difference to my experience. Kat was also brilliant on reception. I’m so thankful to her for being so helpful and accommodating, especially for booking me in at such late notice. Thank you both so much.

I recently joined Parmar Dental on Southchurch Road and had my first check‑up with Dr Nita Mandalia. As someone who gets quite nervous about dental appointments, I was really reassured by how warm, friendly, and calm she was. She put me at ease straight away and took the time to explain everything clearly. The check‑up itself was very thorough, and I left feeling much more confident about returning for future appointments. I’m really glad I chose this practice and would happily recommend Dr Mandalia to anyone - especially other nervous patients looking for a supportive dentist.

We've been looking for an NHS dentist. We'd rung 4 or 5 in the area, most at best placing us on a waiting list. Parmar took us on. Ordinarily the first checkup would be after 2 or 3 weeks but as I had a painful tooth, they got me an appointment within a couple of days. Then booked for treatment within another week and a half or so. I thought this was pretty good service. The dentist herself was lovely and receptionist friendly. The place is clean and smart. At time of writing I've not yet had the treatment but so far I am pleased with how they have been and glad to be on the books!

Having been with our previous Dental practice for over 50 years my wife and myself were both a little nervous of finding another practice. We need not have worried as today we both saw the lovely Antonio and her assistant Sharon who both put us at our ease and made the whole experience for us a pleasure. Antonio was very gentle and very thorough with her examinations and explained everything well. We are so happy and feel very lucky to have found such a lovely Dental Practice. Thank you.
