I am an NHS patient and I have been using Smile dentist from when I was well and walking, to being in a wheelchair, (so I see Henna Patel downstairs). She has the patience of a Saint with me as I have a tendency to warble on and talk lots with nerves, ( when her hand aren’t in my mouth of course 😁), she’s very gentle and always allays any fears I have. She explains things/treatments very well and asks if I have any questions and also takes the time to answer any queries I do have. She’s gentle, kind, thoughtful, funny and most important really thoroughly great at her job! As you’ve guessed…

Absolutely brilliant dentist, really patient and kind. My son was really nervous but they were really reassuring

Absolutely amazing team, saw me within hours of having terrible tooth ache. The receptionists were lovely and warm, the dentist (not my usual dentist) was a very kind, gentle and knowledgeable gentleman. He was spot on with his diagnosis and hence no more pain. The NHS and healthcare get so much negativity and this was certainly a 5* service. THANK YOU 🌟

My wife and I are disabled and signed up with Trafalgar, a couple of years ago simply because they were nearest and had a big car park. We were assigned Roxanne who has continued to prove our first impressions. Of a competent, caring person with a pleasant, cheerful and interested personality. The practice has large modern treatment surgery's with the latest equipment and competent caring staff. It would be nice if they could do something about the paperwork and not to have to fill out six pages of A4 each visit. 8-)
