I contacted The Dental Group after my dental bridge came loose, and from the very first call I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Giselle, the practice manager, was incredibly reassuring, clear, and efficient. She arranged an appointment for me first thing the next morning and provided a very fair and transparent quote. At the appointment, Dr Anna was excellent. She took great care to thoroughly clean both the bridge and my teeth before re-cementing it, and she explained everything clearly. Jeff and his team at the Dental Group are amazing. All the staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been a patient at this practice for 16 years. I first went there after receiving poor treatment from another dentist. Jeff examined my teeth and discovered many issues not found by the previous dentist. He discussed in depth the issues and different options available to rectify these and I decided on a smile make over.
