Thankyou Thornhill dental practice ! Firstly when walking through the door you are immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming reception staff. They will always try to accommodate with appointments that suit. I’ve been coming to this dental surgery for over 20 years now. Prior to coming here, I had such anxiety about visiting the dentist, which thankfully now I’ve overcome with the support of Dr Khana. Dentist Khana has over the years helped me overcome my apprehension, his kind and gentle nature whilst always listening has resulted in me being able to undertake a lot of dental work…
My dentist referred me to the Thornhill Dental Surgery for a tooth extraction and I received my treatment today. I wish I had read the reviews before as I had been extremely apprehensive. I needn't have worried. My first impression was good when I was welcomed by the friendly receptionists. And then I met the dental surgeon Parimel Manek who was extremely patient and kind. He explained the procedure to me and kept me informed of what was happening throughout my treatment. His dental nurse Jill was kind and caring. Thank you to all at the surgery for making my visit the best that it could be.
Dr. Parimal and the nurse ( im sorry I didn't remember a name ) provided exceptional care during my tooth extraction today. The procedure was thoroughly explained, ensuring my understanding and comfort throughout. The reception team was also very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. I have never been happier with a dentist practice in the UK.
I was referred for a tooth removal, and I just wanted to say how impressed and grateful I am for the care I received. My tooth had curved roots, which made things a bit more complex, but the dentist was incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly while constantly checking that I was okay throughout the procedure. The lovely dental nurse was also so kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how professional and reassuring they both were — it made a nerve-wracking experience so much easier. Thank you both for your excellent care.
