I’ve been with Bitterne Triangle dentist for 40 years. I called them today to cancel an appointment as I was very unwell and I was told that as I had cancelled 2 appointments in the last 2 years (1being due to having covid) that I would be removed from their list and it was company policy. I felt this to be very harsh, I was not given the option to pay for today’s cancelled appointment, I was just told that if I didn’t turn up today, I would be removed. I have been under the care of the triangle surgery since 2022. Sinead my dentist has really put me at ease, after having been nervous from previous experiences. I've had two fillings today and I felt very well looked after by Sinead and Jasmine.

After years of trying to find my children a dentist I placed our names on the waiting list and they managed to get us in, absolutely amazing as I have contacted nearly every dentist in & around Southampton in the last couple of years desperately trying to get seen. The triangle dental surgery is genuinely the best I have ever been too. Julia and her team are fantastic, they make you feel welcome and are very clear when having any treatment on what to expect and after care. I would not trust anyone else but Julia to look after the health of my teeth gums and general oral care
