Haven't been to the dentist in a while so was a little nervous but the reception staff were friendly and polite and my dentist Mr Kandiyil was absolutely brilliant. He was very thorough and explained everything whilst being considerate. Would definitely recommend
I have been going to this practice for around 30 years. It has had its ups and downs since then, but seems to have settled down with resident dentists rather than locums. To be fair I have never had a problem with this. Never had any problems with the standard of dentistry either. Although I am an NHS patient I don't feel I am treated any differently. They are thorough, caring and knowledgeable, and I don't think I have had any unnecessary treatment. I am always asked if I want a particular treatment, and I have the feeling they know I am just a poor pensioner! Although a hygienist was reco…
I have been with this dental surgery for many years and although it changed hands a few years ago the standard of care has continued. I am always greeted with a smile from both the receptionist and the dentist and his nurse, a very friendly team and a good atmosphere. My dentist offers excellent advice and I am very happy with my treatment.
Visited for the first time and at first thought it had closed because all the windows were boarded up. Once inside, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, busy as ever. The surgery was up some very tight stairs, where I met a young dental assistant who was also really friendly. I was quite nervous, but the dentist quickly put me at ease — he must have liked me because he asked me to come back again!
