Hedge End Dental Surgery

I am always very anxious at the dentist. All the staff here are so friendly. Louise was very understanding and put me immediately at ease. The first time I have been relaxed in the dentist chair. Lisa and the reception team provide a first class patient experience. I have several sessions booked and am looking forward to giving my teeth some tlc 😊

Can not praise Panos the dentist enough , his work in removing my tooth was excellent, his explanations and chat was great. The reminders and courtesy phone calls prior to appointment was also first class. My only disappointment was on arrival a receptionist ignored me , even after slight eye contact , I stood waiting for a good few minutes whilst she typed on her keyboard , it was only when a family came down from upstairs that I had to speak out when she looked up at them . I would love to have given 5 stars but Sonia I think her name was , ignored me .

As a very nervous patient it took a lot to build up the courage (and this was just for a check up). I need not have worried as the Dentist I saw could not have done more to put me at my ease, to the point that i can now consider taking some long delayed treatment. Add it the cheery and understanding receptionists and the result is a long way from the previous 'dreaded visit'. Thank you to Mr P and the rest of the team, top marks all round

Brilliant staff at reception, calming, new patient here, dentist i had is and was very caring and considerate of my pain having a filling on big rear molar. no rush, was focused on my comfort, and he showed genuine focus on putting issue right at a caring pace, not rushed or a rotating door appointment, will return! Thank you and keep it up! Good team!
