Recently I had the good fortune to visit Watts Health at Sarisbury Green Southampton with a back problem. The treatment I received from their Chartered Physiotherapist Michael Gallagher and his reception staff was superb. The reception team were friendly and efficient and Michael was methodical in listening to my problem, then analytical and explained his intended treatment before applying it. Afterwards I was provided with pictorial examples of the recommended exercises, and later further follow up advice. The entire experience could not have been more professional and effective. My 18 YO daughter saw Jocelyn for back pain, most likely caused through cheerleading. Within a few sessions the pain had eased and movement was much more comfortable. Jocelyn gave great advice, not only regarding body positioning but also nutrition and also helped relieve stress which contributed to neck and back pain. Thank you

I have visited Michael at Watt health twice now and found him to be extremely pleasant, thorough and helpful. In between sessions he did further research into my problems so was able to amend my program slightly. He explains everything very clearly and demonstrates the exercises and ensures I understand how to do them correctly. Highly recommend.
