This is a very nice practice with very charming reception, staff and very helpful and proficient dental hygienists. As a top BUPA dental practice on the south coast, they could do with upgrading their equipment to be able to provide a higher qualities of service.
After a few months of joining the practice, I can now confidently say I’ve only had positive experiences here. From the dental staff to the reception team, I feel at ease and well informed throughout each appointment. And the treatment chairs are actually really comfortable, which is definitely a bonus in my opinion!
I had a hygienist appointment with Grant and Miquelina (nurse) honestly I could not recommend them both enough. I was so nervous going in. And they made me feel so relaxed and taken care of. Miquelina kept checking to see if I was okay, which I was so grateful off. I came out feeling great, and I am now looking forward to my next appointment. Grant recommended me to Stefano (periodontist) who I saw the following day. He was accompanied by miquelina today so I knew I would be well looked after. And again Stefano was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and gave me all information needed to save…
Exceptional patient communication. Tom and Grant (with their amazing assistants) were fantastic at explaining everything going on. They discussed what would be happening and any follow-ups needed making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice!
