I went for a check up The service I received was 2nd to none because of the following: I felt very relaxed as soon as I entered the room as there spa music playing gently in the background. The dental surgery was very clean and tidy. The surgeon was very nicely spoken and kindly as I have a bad back and kept me well informed at every point, this I found incredibly different. I felt listened to about my issues and he resolved my problems there and then with thorough investigations, using a lazer camera to build a 3D profile of my teeth and denture. I feel confident enough to absolutely recom…
Due to the surgery relocating from Southampton centre, to Shirley, I now have a much longer journey to get there. Nevertheless, when I arrived the receptionist was friendly and told me it shouldn’t be too long to wait, I was collected about 2 mins after my appointment time. There was a lot of careful checking of my dental records to ensure they had been transferred correctly, as my check up was completed. I had a helpful discussion about possible implants in future and have booked my next appointment. I was happy with the experience, cleanliness of the surgery and care received.
Really disappointed I pay private and they seem to just be trying to get as much as they possibly can out of me I’ve got a cracked tooth with the nerve exposed and after 4 pointless appointments the best advice I got was put a warm flannel over it if it sets off. Other then that it would cost me £500 to attempt my wisdom tooth out or wait 6 plus months for a referral which I don’t mind of course as I understand the nhs is struggling. Also had a X-ray over at there other practice just down the road and the man that looked at it was more help in 15 minutes appointment then my last 4 visits c…
Shockingly bad service. Consistently cancel appointments. Ask for payment in advance for work to be done which is understandable, however don't then go and cancel the appointment and then deny recieving paying when I have a receipt to prove I paid it. Eventually got my money back but was made to feel that I was at fault. Whatever you do, keep your receipts!
