I had a very good experience at Dale Road Southcliff Dental Practice. The service is excellent, and the dentists are highly professional, well-trained, and very knowledgeable. They always explain everything clearly before and during the treatment, which makes you feel comfortable and confident. The reception staff are also extremely professional and helpful. I am writing this review to warn others about the alarming experience I had at this practice. Hygiene and honesty should be the foundation of any dental office, but both are severely lacking here. 🚩 Improper Sterilization Protocols During my visit, I observed that the sterilization methods used for the equipment did not meet standard dental safety protocols. Title: Extremely Distressing Experience with Hygienist Appointment I registered as a new NHS patient at Southcliff Dental Care in January 2026. During my initial review, I was advised to book a filling and a private hygienist appointment, for which I paid £150 in total (£75 each). Really happy with the service at South Cliff. Today I visited the hygienist. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was seen right away. The hygienist had plenty of time to discuss my teeth after the appointment and gave me advice on how to protect my gums. Excellent all round!
