I’ve had the pleasure of having appointments with Dan and John, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend the practice more highly. The level of professionalism and care they both provide is outstanding. They’ve made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout every visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and I’m very grateful for the positive experience each time.
I had a genuine dental emergency and the team went above and beyond for me. Yasmin on reception was incredible — she somehow found space in an already fully booked diary and got me in to see the dentist I specifically requested, John. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth and professionalism. I’m a nervous patient, so I wasn’t feeling great walking in, but the entire experience surprised me in the best way. Excellent dentists both doing the dental work and explaining & communicating treatments. ( John & Dan). Hygienist Sarah is amazing- appointments tailored to suite my needs, very professional and great to chat to ( hardest part is not to chat so she can do her job !!lol)
The best dental experience I have ever had. I came into Dental Elegance as I was recommended by a friend, I had a chipped front tooth that needed fixing. I booked with Dr John and I cannot recommend him and Dental Elegance enough. From the first second I was welcomed, eased and totally comfortable. The final result is genuinely perfect, I am extremely happy with the whole experience and will be returning back to see Dr John going forward! If you are considering visiting - do it!
