The whole of the practice is fantastic. From the moment you step in there is a cheerful reception team who are also very helpful. My dentist, Chi Chi, has been looking after me since I had serious heart problems (dental hygiene is extremely important for people with heart issues) and you could not meet a nicer person. She make me feel at ease (I’m not a lover of the dentist I’m a bit of a wus!) and she takes great care of me for which I am extremely thankful. A great practice.
My family have been patients at Blackfen Dental practice for many years now and we are always thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the team. From the warm welcome at Reception Chichi always takes time to give clear explanation of any treatment. The dentist takes time to answer all our questions and me feel at ease. The practice is modern and clean, and the appointment timings are spot on. I highly recommend Blackfen Dental Care anyone looking for a friendly and competent Dentist.
I see Chichi an am a very nervous patient. I cannot stress how professional, patient and kind Chichi and her team are. Nothing is too much trouble and every step of any treatment is explained before hand. I would never go elsewhere for dental treatment. He has a calming effect and cares about her patients and their emotions to ensure we continue to have healthy teeth and gums.
I have been at Blackfen Dental Care for over twenty years. The reception staff have always been polite and extremely helpful. The lovely Chi Chi and her dental assistant have always given me the best care and attention they could provide with professionalism. I am happy and grateful they are providing and looking after my dental needs.
