I have received superb service from Dr Parsons and the whole team for over 30 years. A recent urgent issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently, nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this practice, which is reassuring.
I can't recommend St John's Hill Dental Practice highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the wonderful staff make sure you feel completely at ease. The receptionists are an absolute delight to talk to – always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They make scheduling appointments and handling any paperwork seamless. Thank you so much to everyone at St John's Hill Dental Practice for your wonderful care at all times. I can't thank you enough for all of your kindness and help over the past 30+ years. My most recent visit was just this week. I somehow managed to break a tooth on Sunday evening. I phoned the practice on Monday morning to explain that I wasn't in pain but would be grateful if the tooth could be checked over. The best dental practice I've ever been a patient at, hands down. Jessica is an exceptionally steady pair of hands, both literally and in her manner which always puts me at ease. The clarity of information provided about future treatments required (and how much it will cost) is fantastic, a print out of the treatment is provided so that you know what's coming up and can budget for it if needed.
