Great treatment yesterday at Winchester House Dental Practice. I was offered a cancellation appointment which was very helpful and met kindness, professionalism and empathy from everyone I encountered. Dr Joy clearly explained the treatment he proposed and carried it out efficiently taking my anxiety into consideration. I would certainly recommend this team.
First time at the dentists today for a check up and discussion about treatment required available choices and the dentist Adam Joy could not have been more informative and explanative. The reception and admin staff are so helpful and friendly. The whole feeling of Winchester House Dental Practice is one of professionalism, reassurance and genuine care towards their patients. Well worth the journey from North Wales!
Hygienist appointment today with Adriana was excellent as usual. Friendly reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Adriana took the time to listen and discussed my current concerns and provided detailed responses in plain English. The 'new' water treatment process was non invasive and I left with fresh and hygienic teeth and gums. I highly recommend hygienist Adriana and Winchester House for any dental needs.
I’ve had multiple issues with this Dentist the first one being snapping my tooth whilst taking out a temporary crown, the Crown fell out four times because it’s no longer fits the tooth. They’ve also fitted composite bonds the wrong colour and when I complained they said it wasn’t suitable for composite bonds having a crowned front tooth…They were happy to take £2000 and not say that prior to the treatment? Nothing has been resolved between me and the dentist, my complaints haven’t been heard. It’s cost me a fortune and left my smile looking worse than before, not to mention extremely expen…
