Lovely small dental practice in my village. Marius is a fantastic dentist with a reassuring confidence. Fern is the best hygienist I’ve ever been to, and is always so kind and compassionate. The reception staff are fantastic, as are the nurses who are the backbone!
Wonderful dental practice with very kind staff. Our daughter was incredibly nervous, having had a negative experience at a different dental practice but due to the kindness of the receptionist and the dentist, she felt reassured and is happy to go back.
If you want a dentist that uses equipment that ought to be in a museum, yet charge top rates, then this is the practice for you. In addition, the dentist will consistently keep you waiting well after the appointed time (30 minutes+), but the hygienist will refuse to see you if you are 5 minutes late. The hygienist is also impossible to book, 3 months out if you're lucky. Parking can be challenging and the final straw was turning up having had to wait 3 months to rearrange an appointment to find they had messed up and not got the booking, so having to sue them for the money paid through thei…
So after all adults in my family loosing NHS treatment at this practice a year ago. We were grateful that our 11 year old grandson would stay with them at our local village dentist until he left full time education. Today we have received a letter saying they can longer treat the village children under the NHS due to the pressure of demand for NHS dentistry and the need to prioritise new patients and those who need emergency treatment.But if we go private they can spend more time with him,reduce waiting time and care for him in a relaxed,friendly and professional environment.
