I went here for an emergency tooth extraction before I go away on holiday and I was very impressed with how quick they got me in and how lovely the staff are there! I saw Dr shreya and Holly was her assistant and they were both so nice, friendly and very efficient in their work, constantly making sure I was okay, made me feel as comfortable as you can when suffering from tooth ache and needing to have a tooth taken out.
I came in today a quivering anxious wreck. The whole team put me at ease. Massive shout out to Dr Rooprai, he was so kind and patient with me, took my tooth out and was honestly so caring. Holly was also so lovely! I have to say how nice the reception staff were. Held my hand , reassured me - I think her name was Emma. Lovely lovely people and will help me to come back next time.
A big “thank you” to Dr Shreya and assistant Eloise for performing an extremely competent extraction on a badly cracked tooth. Everything was carefully explained beforehand and the operation itself was remarkably stress-free. Clear and detailed aftercare instructions were also provided. A very professional service.
I had an emergency appointment with Shreya and Eloise on 15 October 2025. I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to dental work, due to a bad experience when I was younger. However both Sreya and Eloise made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the following day to get a filling done. If your afraid of needles or the drilling then I highly recommend Shreya, she was quick, and it was painless! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.
