Bayston Hill Dental Practice

Had a very pleasant visit to the hygenist today and the dentist yesterday. Have to say what a lovely happy and friendly lot they are. A special mention to the receptionist who had been very helpful.

Terrible dentist I’ve just been knocked off their books on the nhs for not attending a dental appointment after phoning to say I could not make it as I had emergency work appointment and could not come. They also said that I had had two strikes from a previous missed appointment which was not true. Nothing to do with nhs policy’s. No explanation just kicked off not even a phone call. Very bad attitude on phone very unprofessional.

Absolutely fantastic dentist. Both appointments I've had I've been treated very kindly, during treatments I'm checked on to make sure I'm comfortable and each time I've come away feeling great. It's hard to come across dentists that care about their patients so thank you!

Just visited with my husband and 5 children, had the best experience I’ve ever had with the dentist and the staff here, all so lovely and kind. Made me feel at ease as I have a little anxiety when it comes to dentists but I was made to feel comfortable and the children all came away happy. Thank you very much.
