What a lovely, welcoming, professional team. The best reception staff I have ever interacted with. My dentist Dr Newbold and her dental nurse (didn’t catch name) were wonderful, patient and super efficient. The dream team. It’s the first dentist appointment I have ever had where I didn’t feel rushed. The hygienist and the dental nurse today were excellent, very kind and reassurance during the treatment. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and understanding. They did their utmost to make my visit visit as congenial as possible. I'm sincerely grateful to both staff members for doing everything they could to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.
