Family Dental Practice

I was really impressed with my visit to this dental practice last week for my 2 year olds first check up. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming, I witnessed one of them offering extra care to help an elderly patient. The Dentist we saw had such a calming nature which really helped put my daughter at ease having her first check up, he was great with her and I really appreciate how family friendly this practice is.

Both doctor Ilona and her assistant Isobel were amazing with my granddaughters Charlotte and Isabelle during their appointments. Very professional and great with children.

Arthur and his team at Shipston’s Family Dental Practice are truly the best dentists you could ever want. Arthur has looked after my teeth for 15 years now. Through many fillings, root canal work, crowns extractions. A lot - an awful lot - of treatment. He is excellent in his practise, kind, thorough, explains really well what is happening to me, what I am about to experience or feel in a really gentle reassuring way. I was terrified of dentists as a child. I was the nightmare kid who cried and wouldn’t accept injections or treatment; and I had many fillings. Today Arthur extracted my tooth…

14/11/22 - First visit for me and it was a pleasant experience… polite, professional staff all round from reception, dentist and assistant technician. I highly recommend this practice and although private dental treatment is considered rather pricey ‘in the uk’… it’s certainly, well worth it here. Thank you. Chris J
