Wessex House Dental Practice

I highly recommend this great practice. The reception staff are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Dr Jessica Scott always discusses possible treatments and alternatives thoroughly and keeps me informed of everything she is about to do during treatment. She is kind, gentle and extremely good at her job. I have had some lenghty and taxing treatment with her and have always felt relaxed and confident in her care. The Dental Assistance have always been kind and attentive as are the Dental Hygenists, whole provide invaluable advice.

I had an appalling experience at this practice that has left me in agony and needing further corrective surgery. After a rude first encounter, I returned for an emergency extraction. During the procedure, the dentist badly cracked the crown on the neighboring tooth. Instead of being honest, she chose to stay silent about the damage. I believe this was intentionally withheld because I hadn’t yet paid the £390 fee. They even called me 3 hours later—while I was still numb—to check in, knowing full well I hadn’t discovered the damage yet. Now that the anesthetic has worn off, I have discovered …

I have now been under Rishi's care for some 4 years. In that time, as age takes its toll, it has proved necessary to undertake a considerable amount of dental work in order to maintain appropriate oral health. Throughout, clarity regarding the options available and the chosen ensuing treatment have been first class. I have complete confidence in this dentist, and my health is the better for it. Excellently run Practice with friendly and helpful staff, my Dentist is professional and offers good advice. Helen the Hygienist is superb and really makes you feel relaxed. I am so pleased to be a patient at this surgery and would recommend it without hesitation.
