As always, Caitlin Miller looked after me really well. Great scale and polish, friendly manner and gave out great advice. Her dental nurse Julia did a superb job too. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
I had a dental emergency and was not a registered patient. The response I had and the treatment I received was excellent. Lucy on reception was proficient and sorted out an appointment for me within an hour and a half of my phone call and Elodie, the dentist was gentle, informative and extremely professional. My thanks to the whole team .
This was my first appointment with BUPA Sherborne, and was immediately followed by a hygienist appointment (which was offered to me on the spot). Dentist was excellent, talked me through everything and was very thorough. I had the same experience with the hygienist, no pain throughout and talked through everything. Everyone, from reception to the dental nurses were very welcoming.
I am a very nervous patient, 45 years since I have had to have anything done, and back then it was differenttimes. . This was to replace a filling. Alan was fantastic, talked me though what would happen. Assured me I wouldn't feel any thing, Kept me calm and ensured that I was ok during procedure, Alan's assistant placed her hand on my shoulder. This very much put me at ease, 10/10 to you. Thank you Alan for understanding and caring. Received a call the following morning to check I was OK. Nice touch. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
