Absolutely terrible practice. The receptionists are lovely & helpful, however the management are clueless. I was put on the waiting list nearly 2 years ago, I received a phone call for a cancellation appointment about 18 months ago, but was unable to make it due to it being the same day as the phone call & I was at work. I have since phoned back to make an appointment, but because I had cancelled a few appointments back in 2014/2015 (over 10 years ago) they will not see me on the NHS (I would be a paying patient). But . . . get this . . . they will have me as a private patient!! Just goes t…
Receptionist are extremely rude. Got there for appointment at 9am, the computers are not even loaded, one says will be a minute or so waiting on computers, said no probs and proceeded to wait, the older of the 2 then snapped and said they aren’t ready as if standing and waiting in the reception area is a bad thing, don’t care about waiting I do care about bad attitudes. Nipped to the loo and came back, younger one was talking to a lady checking in who was deaf, the young lass spoke fast and not very clear and when the woman didn’t understand her 4 times she started to get mad. Maybe proje…
Really nice practitioners at this dentist. As 5 star goes, it is definitely for the Dentist's here. The lovely Holly dealt with my Emergency appointment yesterday in which I had to have a troublesome tooth extracted. She was very informative during the procedure, kept me updated with everything and very encouraging. She also wouldn't give up on a pesky bit of tooth stuck in my gum and wouldn't give up so 5 stars to that great customer service. My regular Dentist Daniel Anderson is always friendly and chatty during my routine check ups and treatment.
Don't cancel when unwell or you will find yourself without a dentist
