I've been with School Road Dental for 3 years and they're the best dentist I've ever used. I had Invisalign with Dr Lotka and he's brilliant - very patient and friendly and I'm so happy with the work he did. I go back every now and then for a check up and nothing's a problem. The receptionists and nurses are all lovely - friendly, understanding and always available via email or phone to help with bookings or rescheduled appointments. Really happy with the team here.
Had a fantastic experience with Tom and his team throughout my Invisalign treatment. From start to finish, they were incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I was happy with the final result. Tom took the time to explain every step clearly and always offered honest, practical advice, which made the whole process feel reassuring and stress-free. Absolutely fantastic..! 👍🏻 I've Never had any issues with getting an appointment or with treatment I've received 🦷🪥 All the staff are friendly, and the dentists are brilliant. I normally see Tom, and if there's a needle involved, i always know he'll take great care to ensure it's as painless as possible.!
Absolutely disgusting service! I had came here for Invisalign consultation, where the main dentist was over a half an hour late. After asking the receptionist how long he will be, he finally brings himself to come downstairs, half heartedly calls my name with an attitude then immediately turns his back and goes upstairs. No greeting, no introduction, nothing. Throughout the entire consultation it was as if he didn’t even want to be there. Constant rude and passive aggressive behaviour from him.
