Awful My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I have personally had multiple NHS appointments cancelled or rearranged, and when I booked a private cosmetic appointment instead, that appointment was also cancelled by the practice. Despite no service being provided, I then had to spend weeks repeatedly chasing the return of my £30 deposit. Even after being informed the refund had been “initiated,” the funds still did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, forcing me to begin recovery through my bank.
