Thompson and Thomas @ Fairlawns

I have had a course of treatment at the Fairlawns Dental Practice and I would just like to say how very happy I have been with their service! The dentist who did the work for me was extremely professional, friendly, and because she knew I was very anxious she put me at my ease throughout my treatment at every visit and explained everything fully to me (I think the dentist lady was called Sana). I would definitely recommend the practice.

Very friendly staff. Receptionists are exceptionally efficient. They helped me organise multiple appointments whilst I was dealing with a family members ill health, including ones I needed at very short notice. Dental staff put me at ease prior to numerous extractions, keeping me informed about what was happening and ensuring the anesthesia was sufficient before starting. Good aftercare information and follow up appointments. Would highly recommend.

My vaneer fell off over the weekend. I phoned early Monday and the receptionist was kind and got me a morning appointment. I was seen by a 5th year student who talked me through the process. My tooth was fixed within 10 minutes. I am so grateful for the friendly, calm staff. Thank you.

I hadn't been to the dentist for too long as I've previously had a poor experience. I needed an emergency appointment and found Thompson and Thomas who on the phone were so understanding and polite and got me an appointment for the next day. The appointment was brilliant the staff were so lovely and caring and clear about what they were going to do. I felt at ease. So professional and great service. Thank you!
