First time in having a brace fitted. Out of the 40 minutes there, my child was asked once if they were ok. The members of staff fitting the brace didn’t speak to me just to themselves. Never explained what they were doing. Not very good when I’m sat in the room and not even acknowledged. Communication with the patient and parents is key. Not the best experience
Warm and friendly atmosphere with highly professional staff. My daughter's teeth are looking fantastic. I would highly recommend.
One smile is a great dentist I was kinda nervous about getting braces, but honestly, everyone there is so chill and nice, it made everything way easier. They actually explain what's going on and don't make you understand and I’ve never had a problem with my braces breaking one time and they fit me in the next day which is a major plus. The staff are all super lovely, always smiling and stuff, which is cool. Now that I’ve had my braces on for a very long time I can see a major change in my teeth and , my smile looks amazing!
