Sharing my first visit to this practice. My anxiety was eased as soon as I entered the treatment room. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed by Mr Murtaza and Arissa. The staff were very professional and assuring. I had 2 extractions which were easy and pain free, however I was in discomfort having the 2 fillings that were also required. (although they look fabulous) im sure its because of the prior extractions. I also had a clean and my teeth feel amazing..iv rated it 4 as when the assistant was using the rigid tube that removes debris from my mouth I could feel it digging in my gums …

Lovely, polite friendly staff, safe and clean environment. Very helpful, and made me aware of facilities. Phoned up, and got an emergency appointment with in 2 hours. Was unable to have a filling as the drill was not working, but they manged to put some composite for my chipped tooth, and said I can come back and have it done free if the composite failed. Today I went to Night and Day Emergency Dentist on Infirmary Road Sheffield. It was 2:45 on Sunday afternoon. I had never been there before. I was suffering from throbbing where I believed a filling and part of my tooth had fallen out. I was met by Amelia, the receptionist who was just lovely. I explained my circumstances whilst Amelia listened patiently. She then explained that I could be seen immediately and talked me through the process which was very straightforward. Exeptional emergency dental practice. Seen within 4 hours of making appointment. Thorough examination, leading to molar extraction. Had increasing pain for over 20 hrs prior to booking .Friday afternoon, Pain started in airport on return to U.K. Tried local pratices, but closed until Monday. Reasuring dentist, very skilled. Full, and clear information, with options for any on going treatments. Based in Sheffield and a 35 minute drive each way but well worth it, for fast consultaion.
