Grumpy staff and very poor dentistry. I had a painful molar, the dentist said it needed to come out. I said that I needed to think about, she responded rudely. I went to dentist in Italy. He was horrified at that diagnosis and promptly fixed it. Its still fine four years on. This place is about rapid treatment ti maximise profit. If I could give it no stars I would.
I don’t give 1 star reviews so I’ve given this place 2 stars anyway. Apparently they do not cross-treat patients and if they have a schedule problem or the dentist is ill they delay your appointment for weeks. My current appointment has been delayed 3 times in a row for over a month, and it’s still unclear whether my January appointment will be fulfilled in March. Anyone will be frustrated by this. Since it’s not the dentists’ or staff’s problem I’ll complain directly to the company.
Lucijan is an excellent dentist who gave fantastic service. He is highly professional. The receptionists are very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend this dentist!
I am lani I came with my dad to my my dentist and all the doctors and nurses were very, very nice i've never experienced something so good in my life. again, thank you guys for all the help and service
