Just had my first appointment after changing from another local dental surgery. Oh my, what a difference, lovely, friendly and chatty staff all the way through from reception to the dental nurse and dentist. Visiting the dentist has never worried me, but for anyone who is genuinely nervous of dental appointments, this wonderful team will definitely put you at ease.
Just visited Minto Road Dental Care prior to going on a 2 week holiday. They fitted me in at short notice, treated the problem and reassured me. Everyone at the practice is friendly and efficient, making you feel as comfortable as possible. Strongly recommend them. Thank you. Ian Batty.
Having not seen a dentist for over 4 years I was very nervous about my visit. The receptionist was brilliant and made me feel at ease. While I was sat in the dentist chair he introduced himself and fully explained everything he was going to do. I felt fully comfortable and at ease and very relaxed with what was going on. Even though this was my first visit I only have good things to say about Minto Road Dental practice Only one negativetthat I've found is there's not many places where you can park your car and that's it.
I was fitted in as an emergency patient very soon after phoning the surgery. I was very anxious about having 2 extractions but the staff put me at my ease and Dr. Hills extracted the teeth painlessly whilst showing a very professional and caring attitude. The dental nurse eased my fears and administered to me very professionally. Thank you to everyone at the practice.
