Amazing care from Becky and Grace today, they were both so caring and explained everything throughly to me and really put me at ease. Thank you so very much!
No one likes to go to the dentist but if you do choose a practice like this one. In my recent experience with a very troublesome tooth I have nothing but praise for this team. My dentist Becky was first rate very patient and caring. The reception team organised my appointments in a professional manner and will always accommodate requests if possible. Their appointment system is very efficient I have never had a long wait to be seen which is rare in such a busy nhs setting.
Brilliant service received again today from receptionist to Dr Chasheeka and nurse. I was seen at very short notice due to two broken teeth and my issues were fixed very efficiently and as always everything was explained clearly. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing service and keep up the excellent work!
Dr Chasheeka was an absolute star last week. She fixed my 9yo son’s half chipped tooth and it looks brilliant. He is afraid of needles and tools but she took her time to explain what she is going to do for him, what every equipment is for and let him feel some of the tools to make sure that he feels comfortable. He finished his treatment without a flinch and came out with a smile. Thank you!
