As an anxious patient, I am put at ease as soon as I arrive for my appointment. The atmosphere is always calm, welcoming and professional. After being medically diagnosed with needing a tooth extraction 3 months ago and unable to find a NHS dentist to do this, I had just about given up hope. I called into the Confidental Group Practice on Ecclesall Road where I was met by the lovely, friendly, helpfull and proffesional receptionist Diane who explained this was a private dentist only. Always get a nice personal welcome from Tara on arrival. My treatment is always first class by pleasant professional staff who always discuss in detail any work required. Would highly recommend them.
I have always been a little apprehensive about going to the dentist. At Leppings Lane you get a lovely friendly greeting on entry and my dentist Mina and her nurse just put me at ease every time I visit. Mina always informs me what she will be doing and always make sure I’m alright during the procedure. Cannot fault anything at all.
