The staff at this dental practice were incredibly welcoming and efficient from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, in particular, managed to be both highly professional and genuinely friendly, making the check-in process seamless and pleasant. Their helpful demeanor and clear communication contributed significantly to a positive experience. The entire team exhibited a remarkable level of care and attentiveness throughout my visit. I had a fantastic first experience at Hillsborough Family Dental Practice this morning. Went as an emergency and was extremely lucky to have Dr Soroush Taheri as my dentist. He is on time, patient, caring and has such a lovely manner with patients. He is also very knowledgeable and professional. I really do think Dr Taheri is a real credit to the surgery. I also think the dental nurse and reception staff are lovely too, so friendly and helpful. If you are in need of an excellent dentist I can highly recommend Dr Taheri at this surgery.

Had a really good experience at Hillsborough Dental Clinic. Dr. Sourosh and his staff behavior was so nice and made me feel comfortable right away. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The clinic is clean and well organized, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist who’s professional but also easygoing.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress at the way I was treated by Dr. Jovita during my partner's first appointment on Thursday, 20th November. As her advocate, I was subjected to verbal mistreatment and emotional distress by Dr. Jovita, which was completely unacceptable. During the appointment, Dr. Jovita shouted at me, telling me to stop interrupting and letting her answer for herself.
