Hemper Lane dental practice is a very caring and professional environment offering consistently high standards of all aspects of dental care. The staff at Hemper Lane are really friendly and the check ups and procedures are always done with care. The staff take the time to explain things in layman’s terms and are happy to answer any questions. The equipment is great and offers more of an insight into my teeth than I have seen anywhere else.
I’ve been coming to this practice for 50+ years and although the Dental lead has changed 3 times over those years, the quality of care remains of the highest standard. Today’s visit to a new Hygenist continues to put their level of care with the best available. ‘Lucy’ is a great addition to the practice and made my visit as pleasant as any visit to a dentist can be!
I attended a routine check up appointment today with Jordanne, she was so considerate to the fact I can be nervous at dentist appointments due to having really sensitive teeth. She took time to explain things I could do to reduce sensitivity and enamel wearing, the appointment was not rushed at all. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the dental nurse was lovely. 100% recommend Hemper Lane dental practice.
