Excellent service from start to finish. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the office was clean and modern. Dentist was professional, providing great advice without pushing unnecessary treatments

Me and my family have been coming to Grenoside Dentist for nearly 20 years and couldn't wish for a better dentist in Rachel. The receptionist is always really nice and helpful. Hope things don't change to much now it's in new hands.

I have been to this dentist practice for years. Rachael (dentist) and Alison (receptionist) are fantastic. Always professional, friendly and excellent at their jobs. The new telephone service is rubbish! I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes. Spoken to by a person who really couldn't be bothered and advised me to catch a bus!! Had absolutely no clue where I lived and not did that help because I wanted to change my time. Need to go back to a system where we can speak directly to the practice.

My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I have personally had multiple NHS appointments cancelled or rearranged, and when I booked a private cosmetic appointment instead, that appointment was also cancelled by the practice. Despite no service being provided, I then had to spend weeks repeatedly chasing the return of my £30 deposit. Even after being informed the refund had been “initiated,” the funds still did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, forcing me to begin recovery through my bank.
