A very positive experience from start to finish. Pleasant environment, kind and professional staff who take time to explain everything and genuinely care about the patient. The treatment was calm and stress-free. I can highly recommend this practice.
Came for an emergency appt today. The receptionists were lovely and so were the dentists themselves. Had my extraction and was all done and dusted in no time. Very understanding as I’m quite afraid of the dentist too so they were so patient with me. Thank you again, I’d highly recommend! Xx
The dentist and her assistant were very friendly as usual and took care to explain what could be done by her and me to maintain and possibly improve the health of my teeth and gums. The administration I find more puzzling. I have been attending quite frequently. Sometimes I already have an appointment for a minor treatment and I am asked to book another checkup. Yesterday I thought the appointment was to inspect the gum line fillings recently applied. It was decided that there was time available for a deep clean which appeared necessary. I was told that this would escalate the cost to £74 …
My first visit at this dentist after searching for a NHS dentist for a long time. From the minute I walked through the door I felt welcomed. I was put at ease with the dentist and was given a thorough checkup. Very friendly staff which makes all the difference.
