Darnall Dental Clinic

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. Before coming in, I called the clinic myself to inform them that I was going to be late. During that call, the staff didn't mention that being late would mean I could no longer rebook the appointment. I was only told that I could still walk in, but there was no guarantee that the dentist could see me, not that I would lose the chance to rebook completely. I went today for a emergency appointment via 111 and have got to say the treatment i received was perfect the dentist was lovely and very good removed a wisdom tooth what was causing me pain in and out within 20 minutes perfect service would highly recommend the care I was provided was probably the best dentist appointment id ever had once again thank-you Liam

Although some of these reviews have been scoring this dental clinic low scores. I think there’s polite staff and it’s a clean dental practice. There is always someone to help and efficient appointments.

2 stars. The dentist is really lovely but the practice isnt great, feels rushed each time im in there and after complaining about aches near my tooth for a few appointments they in end pulled the tooth out. This could have been prevented if they listened months ago. Really sad about this and hope they will pay more attention and give better care to their patients.
