Chesterfield Road Dental Practice

My daughter is 12 years old and has attended this dental practice for a while now having regular 3 monthly appointments. Her usual dentist is wonderful and always explains everything thoroughly yet in a sensitive way for a child to receive the information. My daughter has just had her first cavity issue and was seen straight away by another dentist who again did extremely well. The reception are great also - all in all very pleased with my daughters treatment who was also referred for a brace by her dentist

Dentists are very kind and helpful and receptionists always very eager to help a very good practice they always try hard to fit you in if you are in discomfort and pain. Nothing is too much trouble just been to this excellent dental practice staff are very kind dentist very good and skilled and never any pain which is really good

Always had a positive experience at this dental practise. Dr Soolav is very thorough in her treatments and explains what she is doing and why. She is also very caring and calm when checking my toddlers teeth and reassured him. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and were very kind and gave my son stickers which he loved!

Avoid at all costs. My husband had an appointment in June and they rang him half an hour beforehand to cancel as the dentist 'wasn't going to be in'. He had taken unpaid time off work to attend. They said they would re book him for three months later, which was not ideal, and then did not send him confirmation of the appointment. He called again and they confirmed the appointment was today at 9.30am. Yet again he received a call half an hour before to advise that the dentist wouldn't be there so they were cancelling the appointment. Again he has had to take time off work unpaid to attend. I…
