I joined this dentist about 2/3 week ago after been with an nhs dentist all my life. Recently I had dental negligence from the nhs practise. I’m currently 30 years old. I can’t recommend this practice enough. From the first call to book my first consultation to having it done I was always at ease. The receptionist is very polite and cheerful. I’m sure the dentist I saw is called Matt. I’m not very good with names. He was very professional, had a very calm manner. Put me at ease straight away. As a very nervous patient it too a lot to even pick up the phone to call for a consultation. The receptionist was amazing and managed to put me at ease straight away. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and was fearing the worst with the idea I’d need lots of work done. Drew the dentist was amazing and let me take things in my own pace. I was so scared of the dentist from having bad experiences and embarrassed about the state my teeth was in but after a few appointments I felt so much better with Alex. I had quite a lot of work done and had surgery but within 6 months my treatment is complete and I’m so happy with my smile now. Being unable to eat properly or wanting to smile for years was so difficult but now I get to eat and smile and not worry.
