Bupa Dental Care Shaftesbury

I feel compelled to write a review regarding my excellent recent visit to Bupa Dental Care here in Shaftesbury. Last Tuesday, I used the opportunity in the interval of a film at The Arts Centre in Shaftesbury to pop over the road to make an appointment to sort a worrying sharp point as a result of a tooth breaking. Fortunately for me, a patient hadn’t turned up and Louis saw me straight away, dispatched the offending sharp point and even more amazingly, didn’t charge me for my fleeting visit. As an anxious parent, Maria on reception was so reassuring and helpful. The care for my daughter and the friendly and kind way that we were looked after was exceptional. Louis was a superstar and made sure that my daughter was reassured and well cared for. The most fabulous dental practice, always going above and beyond.

Absolutely brilliant team here - I felt so nervous returning to the dentist after many years, but everyone at the Shaftesbury practice made me feel at ease and have continued to demonstrate the best service possible throughout my care. Massive thanks to Louis Fisher, who has taken care of my teeth since, and the reception team, including Trudy and Eleanor, who have helped me out with other aspects of my experience there. Can't recommend enough!

As well as having easily the best view of any dental surgery I've ever been to, I can highly recommend Bupa Dental Care. The staff are all very kind and pleasant, the facilities excellent and I must mention 'my' dentist Tavi. As well as being the most fashionably attired of dentists, Tavi is an extremely nice man and highly skilled. If you're nervous about going to the dentist, I recommend you see Tavi. I've no doubt that his colleague Louis is just as good, although I've never seen him.
