Seen Mohammed recently and the treatment I received was outstanding, Mohammed was very understanding and patient and took all of my needs into account. Previously having bad experiences with dentists in the past my faith has been restored. I would highly recommend to visit this practice.
I had a large filling which needed replacing and Dr Gentle was exactly that! Together with Dental Nurse Sophia they sorted the problem and gave a very high level of service. Highly recommended
This was one of the very best dental surgeries for treatment with a great and friendly atmosphere. Since going private, things are not anywhere as good.
Just called them for a small issue I have. I said hello and started asking my question. The lady cut me (after 5second of me talking) and ask if I was a patient and when I said no she straight away told me “we don’t take new patient, bye bye” and hung up. Very rude and not helpful. It would have been nice for her to let me speak, re-direct me to another place or at least not hang up on me after speaking herself and make sure I am ok.
