Market Lane Dental Care

I was given an emergency appointment here as I couldn't get into my normal dentist. Despite being in agony, the dentist was 10 minutes late to let me in (there was literally nobody else there waiting or in with him), then saw me for less than 7 seconds before prescribing me antibiotics and telling me to go away. I didn't have an infection, so they did nothing, and I remained in severe pain due to an impacted tooth. Clearly they just want you in and out as fast as possible and I didn't have £30 to waste on treatment like this. If 111 try to send you here, refuse and go to a different option.

Cannot understand all the bad reviews, okay Jag is often a bit late, but I've just been today and had some excellent treatment as always. Both my wife and I will always use this practice. Staff are excellent to boot.

I used these as an emergency dentist as I'm not currently registered to one, the staff on reception and the dental nurse was lovely. However the actual dentist was very abrupt and rude, I know they were running behind but he couldn't get you any quicker out of the door. Made me feel bad about myself for not being registered to a dentist and this was the reason why I don't like going to the dentist! Very rude!

A quick update. If i could give zero then I would. Dentist has seen both my boys for their appointments in the past, never a different dentist but now I'm told that they were registered to another dentist at the practice who has left. So my children now have no dentist!! Whilst at my last appointment I had a panic attack and the dentist told me that he thought he should refuse to see me, obviously making my anxiety go through the roof.
